1. Introduction

Welcome to the Pass Platinum Program! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided as part of the Pass Platinum subscription. By enrolling, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms. Please review them carefully, as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations.

2. Program Overview

Pass Platinum is a premium subscription service designed to maximize your print store success. The program includes:

  • Dedicated Print Concierge to assist with print purchases, album design, and photo book design for your clients.
  • Automated sales campaigns to drive revenue from your print store.
  • Print store audits and customizations to meet your business needs.
  • Marketing materials and promotional tools to grow your store.

3. Platinum Promise

We stand behind our service with the Platinum Promise:

Double Your Program Cost in Print Profit

We guarantee your print store profits will double your program cost annually. With a program cost of $972 per year, we promise you’ll make at least $2000 in print profits annually.

Money-Back Guarantee

If you don’t meet the profit goal after 12 months of active participation and provide proof of promoting your print store, we’ll refund the difference between the Platinum program cost ($125/month) and the Unlimited subscription fee ($44/month).

Eligibility for the Platinum Promise

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Program Duration: You must remain enrolled for 12 consecutive months. If you cancel before the 12-month period, no refund will be issued.
  2. Proof of Promotion: Provide evidence that you actively promoted your print store:
    • Screenshots of social media posts promoting the store.
    • Forwarded emails showing print store promotions to clients.

Refund Process

If eligible, you will receive a refund of $972 within one month of your request.

  • Platinum subscription cost: $125/month
  • Unlimited subscription cost: $44/month
    The refund is based on the difference between these fees: ($125 - $44) x 12 months = $972.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • Subscription Fee: $125/month, non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • Payment Method: Ensure your payment information is up to date for seamless processing.

5. Program Benefits

The Pass Platinum program includes:

  • Unlimited Print Store Customizations to meet your business goals.
  • Dedicated Concierge Service to assist with print orders and designs.
  • Automated Sales Campaigns executed on your behalf.
  • Exclusive Marketing Resources for promoting your print store.
  • Quarterly Performance Reviews with actionable insights to improve sales.

6. Responsibilities and Obligations

  • Your Responsibilities:

    • Provide information for store setup and campaigns.
    • Respond promptly to Pass team inquiries.
    • Use the provided marketing materials to promote your print store.

  • Pass Responsibilities:

    • Perform regular audits and offer improvement suggestions.
    • Provide timely assistance via the Print Concierge.
    • Execute marketing campaigns as agreed during onboarding.

7. Service Limitations

  • Availability of Print Concierge: Response times may vary based on volume.
  • Customization Requests: Some requests may take extra time to process.
  • Results and Guarantees: Sales results may vary based on client engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials created by the Pass Platinum team remain the property of Pass. You are granted a limited license to use them solely for promoting your print store. These materials may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

9. Termination and Cancellation

  • Termination by You: You may cancel anytime with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. No refund will be issued if canceled before 12 months.
  • Termination by Pass: We reserve the right to terminate your subscription for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the service.
  • Effect of Termination: Access to Platinum services will cease upon termination, but you retain access to your print store and previously delivered materials.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

Pass is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. While we aim for uninterrupted service, we are not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control.

11. Amendments to Terms

Pass reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through your Pass account. Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
